This easy pickling cocktail works with an abundance of different veggies and is the perfect way to lengthen the lifespan of fresh produce. Plus, there is something so strangely satisfying about popping open a jar of these gems and knowing that they were DIY. This recipe is an adaptation of one from Ted Allen of Chopped fame.
